Gentleman named Robert came out today to clean the carpet for an ARCEC Supported Living home. He did a GREAT job and was very professional. He was courteous and took the time to answer client's questions. Did well explaining cleaning process and what we can expect as well as how to keep carpet clean. Thank you Robert! Will definaty use this company in the future and recommend.

If I had known any carpet cleaner could do what they have done I probably could have saved a lot of money. I would have hot needed to replace my last carpets at all. I've tried everything. I have rented machines and worked as hard as anyone could possibly work to clean and spent almost as much money doing it as they would have charged me. I've also spent money on other carpet cleaners and all those things did help and did get them cleaner but nothing like what these people do. I expected them to be a lot higher that the others but in fact, to my surprise they were lower and there was no constantly trying to up the price and sell stuff. I don't ever write reviews but in this case I felt like I had to tell somebody!

The Carpet Machine is the best carpet cleaner we've ever used. They were a little bit late but called us ahead and kept us updated and everyone was friendly and helpful. They were never pushy like most of the companies I've used before. Eric took his time and paid a lot of attention to detail. Even though our carpets were in the worst shape they've ever been, they came out looking and smelling better than they ever have before with any of the others we've tried. The orange citrus smell was awesome! It was not overwhelming just an over clean and fresh smell. For the first time in ages I don't feel bad about my children playing on the carpets. I recommended them to my sister and she was as thrilled as we were with this company.
