The folks at William Workman's Carpet Machine™ want You to be satisfied with the work we do and the Carpet Machineª carpet cleaning process every time. We Guarantee to perform all cleaning services to your complete satisfaction at the agreed upon price. If at any time within 30 days after completion of the job you're not completely satisfied, we will Re-Clean all required areas to your satisfaction. If you 're still not satisfied we will refund the money paid.

If we caused any damage while performing cleaning services, We will Repair the damage. And, upon payment of cleaning services rendered., If a repair can't be made we will credit you with the replacement cost up to the damaged item's present actual cash value as located and determined from reliable sources* up to and not exceeding $10,000.
